Fantastical — Hidden settings

I use Fantastical as my calendar app on my Mac and Phone. I use this calendar app rigorously and often. As I got so.. used to this app, I wanted to customize the app to my needs.

Fantastical provides extensive settings and options to customize the app to my needs. Still, some advanced options are hidden.

Event Delete Alert (Disable/Enable)

Every time I delete an event, a pop alert will appear to confirm the deletion. If you want to disable that — and go ahead with deletion once you press the ‘delete’ key, then use the following setting.

To do that, you need to load the following URL in your favourite browser (Safari recommended) while the Fantastical app is completely closed (quit the app from ActivityMonitor).

To disable this setting, run this URL,

x-fantastical3://defaults?key=SkipDeleteWarning&value=0&type=bool&group=1

This will bring back the ‘delete warning popup alert’.
