Why this is the best time to try Evernote again? [2024]
New features and performance in the new Evernote
I know, I know.
Evernote increased its price for all tiers. & the free tier is just a teaser but not that useful with a 50-note limit.
I wrote this recently.
I covered most reasons why I chose to use Evernote again — fully. (for the fact, that I never left it). I have been using Apple Notes intermittently along with Evernote for the past 6 months.
The Apple’s Notes app is good. Elegant. Functional. Reliable. Fast.
Evernote was far from perfect.
Evernote is progressing. It is apparent. It is like it was during 2014. The same fast, reliable app.
Bending Spoon is doing the job well. After acquiring Evernote it looks the same for a long time. But the changes were made under the hood.
During November/December 2023, I noticed a swift improvement in the performance of the app (both in Mac and web apps).
The changes were more apparent when they overhauled the interface with a new modern look.
